VSynC Scribe Terms of Use

Version 2026-11-02. Effective 2 November 2026.

These terms are an agreement between you and MedSolutions Technology and Innovation Inc. ("VSynC", "we") about using VSynC Scribe. By using the app you agree to them. How we handle your information is in our privacy policy.

What VSynC Scribe is

VSynC Scribe helps doctors record a consultation, draft the prescription and keep their notes, and lets patients keep their prescriptions and medical results and share them with the doctors they choose.

• VSynC is not a doctor or a clinic and doesn't give medical advice. Diagnosis and treatment are between you and your doctor.
• It is not for emergencies. In an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older. A parent or guardian may keep the record of a child, or of a family member who has agreed to it.
• Give accurate information, and keep your Apple, Google or VSynC sign-in safe. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• Tell us at support@medsolutions.me if you think someone else has used it.

For doctors

• You must hold a valid license from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and practise lawfully. We check each doctor's PRC ID and may suspend an account whose license doesn't check out.
• You are responsible for every prescription and note you send or keep. The scribe's transcripts, notes and draft prescriptions are suggestions written by AI (Google Gemini). They can be wrong: check and correct each one before you send it.
• Record a consultation only with the patient's agreement, and tell them how the recording is used.
• Don't use VSynC for prescriptions that the law requires on a special form or licence, such as dangerous drugs that need an S2 licence and the official prescription form.
• You keep your own clinical records as the law requires. VSynC stores them for you while you have an account.
• Your clinic secretaries act for you. You decide who joins your staff, and you are responsible for what they do in your clinic.

For patients

• Your record is yours: you decide which doctors can see it, and you can stop sharing at any time.
• Prescriptions and notes come from your doctor. Ask your doctor if anything is unclear. Results you add and their readings by Gemini are for information only; your doctor interprets them.

Using VSynC properly

Don't:

• pretend to be a doctor, or anyone else;
• use VSynC for anything unlawful, or to harm, harass or deceive anyone;
• try to get at information you aren't allowed to see, or interfere with the service;
• copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app, except as the law allows.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Plans and fees

The app is free for patients. Doctors may use a free or paid plan; the price and limits shown when you choose a plan apply.

Your information and content

You keep the rights to what you add. You let us store, process and show it as needed to run VSynC for you and the people you share it with, as the privacy policy describes.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings › Delete account; what is deleted and what is kept is explained there and in the privacy policy. We may end the service with reasonable notice, and will let you get a copy of your information first.

Our responsibility

We work to keep VSynC available, accurate and secure, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows:

• VSynC is provided as it is;
• we are not responsible for medical decisions made by doctors or patients, or for errors in drafts that a doctor sent without correcting;
• our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and consumer protection law.

Changes

If we change these terms, the app shows you the new version and asks you to agree before you continue.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Disputes go to the courts of Muntinlupa City, unless the law gives you the right to go elsewhere.
