Common questions

• How do I share my record with a doctor? Open Sharing in the app and choose the doctor. You can stop sharing at any time.
• Who can see a doctor's notes? Only the doctor who wrote them. Patients and other doctors get the prescription only.
• Is the consultation recorded? Only with the patient's agreement. The recording is used to write the notes and prescription, then deleted.
• I'm a doctor. Why can't I write prescriptions yet? We check every doctor's PRC ID first. This usually takes one working day.
• How do I delete my account? In the app, go to Settings, then Delete account. See what is deleted.
